Maintenance Responsibilities

Campus Facilities is allocated general operating (G.O.) fund to maintain University building shells and support systems in educational and general (E&G) space. Other Campus Facilities services, maintenance and repairs for department-owned equipment, are charged to the requesting department.

Items Maintained by Campus Facilities in E&G Space at No Cost to Departments

Campus Facilities is responsible for maintaining the following list of items. Work is prioritized and the needed repairs made as funding levels permit. Custodial Services (as described in Section 12:010.)

The following items are considered departmental equipment and maintenance and repair to these items will be charged to the requesting department and is not all-inclusive.
