Other items produced or resulting from agricultural activities
Method of Sale
Agricultural commodities are to be sold by taking competitive bids whenever possible. When competitive bids cannot be taken due to the perishable nature of the commodity, or when climatic conditions, market conditions or agricultural practices restrict bidding procedures, justification for the sale must be approved by MU Procurement Services, prior to the sale of the commodity. MU Procurement Services will determine what documentation is required to substantiate the sale.
